Shipping Costs
Orders are shipped within Germany.
Shipping costs are €5.99, and delivery is free for orders over €69 (after discounts).
Delivery Times
Your order will be handed over to our shipping partner within 5–7 business days after payment has been received.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped exclusively with DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Please send a short message via the contact form or e-mail us at hello@aprastudio.com before returning your items.
If possible, return the products in their original packaging and ensure they are adequately protected to avoid damage during transit, as otherwise your return may not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
