How long does the delivery take?
Each print is made individually for you and sent to production only after purchase. This approach allows for mindful, sustainable creation. Please allow up to 7 business days before your artwork begins its journey to you.
Can I return my order?
You can, of course, return your order within 14 days. Just send me a quick message to arrange it. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. If your order arrives damaged, you’ll receive a free replacement — simply email a photo of the defect to hello@aprastudio.com.
Do you offer prints in other sizes?
I choose the format for each motif individually to ensure it comes to life in the best possible way. However, if you have a particular size in mind, feel free to get in touch — I’ll be happy to see what’s possible.
What’s the quality of the paper and print?
Each print is produced on premium 200 gsm Hahnemühle fine art paper. Its matte, lightly textured surface and 12-color pigment print process ensure vibrant, detailed, and reflection-free color reproduction. FSC®-certified and 100% cellulose-based, the paper is both environmentally friendly and archival-grade for long-lasting stability.
Does my print come with a frame?
I don’t currently offer frames for sale. The framed images shown are for display purposes only. However, all print sizes are standard formats, making it easy to find the perfect frame to match your artwork.
Which payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or any other standard payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order. Just send a short email to hello@aprastudio.com or get in touch via the contact form.
